If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the performance of our products please contact us immediately and we will do whatever is necessary to rectify the situation. As our products are designed to be used by everyone, not just professionals, there are times when products are not used properly. In those instances we are willing to work with the individual and educate them on the proper use of our products and try to fix the problem.  We offer the best products on the market and are not going to try to give you a false sense of security by offering a warranty that does nothing to fix your problem. Simply stated, we stand behind each one of our products.

We guarantee that the product you receive is of the highest quality and has been tested to meet our demanding standards. Not just better...Superior !

Don't be fooled by "warranties" that seem too good to be true.

At Superior Stone Products, we believe in being open and honest with our customers as we want to build strong relationships that will grow year after year.

When we developed our ZERO-Ultimate Stone Care Series products we considered offering a written warranty as others in the industry were doing. But after reviewing the actual warranties that are out there we found that they offered no real protection to you, the customer.

If you read those warranties in detail you will find most of them only offer to come out and reseal your stone or send you a replacement product only if the product was applied by someone who is "certified".  These types of guarantees do nothing to protect you or your stone investment.
